• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,530 – $7,930 (competitive locum tenens CRNA pay)
• Location: Angola, IN 46703-2015 — Northeast Indiana (Angola, Indiana healthcare jobs; close to lakes and outdoor recreation)
• Position Type: Locum Tenens CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
• Call Schedule: 3:00 pm – 7:00 am (mix of OR and OB cases), 30-minute response time required
• Assignment Dates: June 8; July 14–16
• Credentialing Time Frame: 60–90 days (temporary privileges available with clear background and malpractice history)
• EMR System: EPIC (experience with EPIC EMR preferred)
• Team Structure: Collaborative anesthesia team of MDs and CRNAs across 3 ORs

Required Qualifications — CRNA Jobs / Anesthesia Provider

• Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA experience in perioperative and obstetric anesthesia (locum tenens and permanent CRNA candidates encouraged)
• Active, unrestricted RN and CRNA license in the state of Indiana (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Current AHA-issued ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• COI-IN PCF required
• Documented case experience with spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks (case logs required)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise strong clinical judgment for general anesthesia and OB cases
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR for accurate, timely documentation and compliance

Responsibilities — Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

• Provide safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across a diverse case mix: orthopedics, endoscopy, podiatry, general surgery, ENT, and obstetrics (including VBACs; no high-risk OB)
• Perform spinal anesthesia, epidurals, and regional nerve blocks as indicated
• Participate in OR and OB call coverage with a 30-minute response time
• Collaborate with MDs and CRNAs to ensure efficient operating room flow and high-quality perioperative care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC to support continuity of care and meet hospital standards
• Adhere to anesthesia best practices, institutional policies, and patient safety protocols
