Portfolio / Resource Manager

Portfolio Management RoleManage and monitor business project portfolios and pipelines.Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reports.Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization.Establish structured project management and decision-making processes.Track project status, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.Provide clear updates and insights to executive stakeholders.Coordinate with Project Managers and business teams.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Resource Management, PMO, or Project Management.Strong experience with project/resource planning and executive reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards/reporting tools.Important Location Requirement:Must be onsite in Rockleigh, NJ, 5 days/week.Candidates should ideally be 20–35 minutes from Rockleigh, NJ.NO NYC candidates
