Currently, you may find yourself working extended hours and managing a high volume of appointments, which often leads to hurried consultations and compromises in the quality of care and communication.

At our organization, physicians enjoy a reduction of 10-15 hours in their weekly schedules, see approximately one-third the number of patients, and still achieve comparable or higher total compensation than those in traditional insurance-based practices.

Established in 2001, we became the first DPC practice in the suburbs of Kansas City in 2013 and continue to be the largest multi-site DPC practice in the region.

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine physician to take over a panel of 450 patients at our beautiful office located in *Overland Park, KS.

Job Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school in the U.S.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri and Kansas

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family practice (exceptional final-year family medicine residents will be considered)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Passionate about building relationships with patients and educating them

• Committed to enhancing patient experience, customer service, and ensuring timely access to care
