Service Engineering ProfessionalEntry-level Service Engineering professional responsible for developing product knowledge, maintaining effective communication with field team members, performing basic diagnostic procedures and conducting analysis to help resolve design/system related issues.Will cover US and Canada Key ResponsibilitiesManages and maintains effective communication with field team members to understand individual support requirements.Develops knowledge of products.Performs basic diagnostic procedures and partners with repair technicians to resolve problems.Analyzes information to help resolve design/system related problems.May repair, install or design equipment, tools and products.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role.1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or building HVAC.Strong problem solving and planning skills.Ability to read and understand scope of work.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.A true team player who has the customer's best interests first and foremostPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
