May be required to provide assistance with ADLs when needed by residents, tasks may include but are not limited to assistance with dressing, bathing, bed making, laundry, housekeeping and possible incontinence care. Provides support and encouragement in a positive manner to AL residents to remain independent./ppRequirements/pulliMust be able to manually push, pull, and/or move, a minimum of 50 pounds frequently for brief periods of time./liliMust be able to manually lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently for brief periods of time./liliMust be able to walk, stand, sit and bend frequently for moderate periods of time./liliIndividual will be scheduled based on operational need./liliMay be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations/li/ul/div
