Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards
- Assist with prep work and inventory rotation as needed
- Kitchen Operations
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
- Receive and store deliveries following proper procedures
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Team Collaboration
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Work collaboratively and stay calm during high-volume shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow directions precisely
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and food quality
Schedule
Part-time hours with flexible scheduling options available. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
