As the Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) some of your essential job responsibilities include:

· Provides care to participants as directed and as outlined in the plan of care.

· Assists participants with activities of daily living and/or provide all necessary care for participants who are dependent.

· Utilizes restorative nursing techniques to provide care to participants in a manner that promotes as much individual independence as possible.

· Participates in continuing education and meets the requirements for annual in-service participation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

· A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Massachusetts.

· Must be able to read, write and understand English. Other languages are helpful.

· Has basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

· Must be covid vaccinated plus the booster
