Business Analyst
Location: Rutherford, NJ Job Type: Fulltime Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year - Strong business analysis and requirement management experience. - Strong understanding of banking / financial-services business processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and UAT artifacts. - Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation. - Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies. - Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. - Strong documentation, presentation, and technical-writing skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Visio is desirable.
