Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans and therapy interventions
• Help patients improve daily living skills and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to therapy teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy activities and goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records

Qualifications

• Active COTA license required
• Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Experience in SNF, rehab, or senior care settings preferred but open to all backgrounds
• Strong communication and patient care skills, a TRUE interest in helping patients

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation based on experience, Roughly Starting at $25-$35/hr
