This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and building a career in IT. The position focuses on first-line technical support, troubleshooting, workstation deployment, and assisting with day-to-day technology operations across our growing accounting and advisory firm. What You'll Do Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, and firm-specific applications. Set up, image, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices. Assist with software installations, updates, and routine system maintenance. Support employee onboarding and technology-related training. Document technical issues and resolutions while maintaining accurate records. Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed. Help maintain a positive technology experience for employees throughout the firm. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and networking concepts. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
