Procurement Specialist

Wat ga je doen Als Procurement Specialist ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie bij hun inkoopvraagstukken. Wanneer contracten aflopen of er behoefte is aan een nieuwe leverancier, zorg jij voor een gestructureerd sourcingproces en een goed onderbouwd advies. Je begint met het scherp krijgen van de vraag vanuit de business: wat is er precies nodig en welke eisen zijn belangrijk? Vervolgens analyseer je de markt, onderzoek je mogelijke leveranciers en begeleid je het volledige traject van offerteaanvraag tot selectie en contractvorming. Met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen als uitgangspunt: Analyseer je de markt en voer je deskresearch uit om passende leveranciers te identificeren; Zet je sourcingtrajecten op, zoals RFI-, RFQ- en RFP-processen; Analyseer en vergelijk je offertes en leveranciersvoorstellen; Onderhandel je met leveranciers over prijs, kwaliteit en voorwaarden; Adviseer je interne stakeholders over de beste inkoopstrategie en leverancierskeuze; Beheer en evalueer je contracten en leveranciersprestaties; Gebruik je spend- en marktanalyses om kansen, risico’s en verbeteringen inzichtelijk te maken; Werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen zoals Supply Chain, Operations en Finance om inkoopvraagstukken goed te begeleiden. Een groot deel van de rol bestaat uit analyse, marktverkenning en advies, waarbij je data, marktinformatie en leveranciersvoorstellen combineert om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Wat neem je mee Voor deze rol zoeken we een analytische en zelfstandige professional die het leuk vindt om markten te onderzoeken, leveranciers te vergelijken en onderhandelingen te voeren. Daarnaast breng je mee: HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of vergelijkbaar; 3–5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen procurement, inkoop of supply chain; Ervaring met zelfstandige sourcing- of onderhandelingstrajecten; Sterk analytisch vermogen en ervaring met marktanalyse en deskresearch; Goede vaardigheden in Excel, PowerPoint en documentatie; Affiniteit met onderhandelen en commerciële besluitvorming; Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Retailervaring is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
