Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility to engage with clients through telehealth platforms. While you will be part of a collaborative team, your daily work will include direct interaction with students, families, and educational staff. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Coordinate closely with the Centralized Intake team, school site contacts, and clinical supervisors to effectively monitor the caseloads of interns and address any emerging concerns promptly.

  • Engage in ongoing audits and quality assurance/improvement initiatives to ensure all client documentation meets regulatory agency policies and funding requirements.
  • \n
  • Attend mandatory program and agency meetings, contributing to discussions that enhance service delivery.
  • \n
  • Prepare and submit programmatic reports as directed by the Director, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • \n
  • Maintain meticulous and timely data entry in the AWARDS electronic health record system, adhering to compliance standards.
  • \n
  • Provide both crisis and non-crisis clinical consultations via phone or video, ensuring clients receive timely support.
  • \n
  • Ensure that your designated workspace remains organized and report maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager as needed.
  • \n
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical program objectives and practices, ensuring alignment with the mission of the organization.
  • \n
  • Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • \n
  • Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns, ensuring they align with agency goals and standards.
  • \n
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns and collaborating universities, maintaining compliance with the ever-evolving mental health regulations.
  • \n
  • Contribute to intern performance evaluations, retention strategies, and corrective action documentation as necessary.
  • \n
  • Monitor intern caseloads and ensure that assignments support overarching programmatic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele consisting of children, adolescents, and families facing various emotional and social challenges. By providing compassionate and effective psychotherapy and counseling services, you will help clients navigate difficulties that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment issues.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

  • Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

  • Candidates must possess a reliable internet connection for telehealth service provision.

  • Residency in the United States is required, with a preference for candidates located in California to ensure compliance with state laws.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 80,000 and 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
