By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and work instructions.Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.Evaluate and select new equipment, technologies, and materials for process enhancements.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process activities.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification) for process optimization and waste reduction.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical information.Bonus QualificationsExperience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python) for statistical process control and root cause analysisFamiliarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principlesProject management experience, including leading cross-functional teamsSAP or other ERP system experience related to production planning and materials managementJob Titles That Should ApplyProcess Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer, Business Process Analyst, Operations Process Engineer, Manufacturing Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Production Process Engineer, Process Development EngineerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
