Titan International is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Pottstown, PA. We provide specialty metals, critical materials, engineered powders, refining, material recovery, thermal processing, and advanced material solutions to customers across a variety of industries.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and working with our technical and operations teams to identify solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• Prepare quotes and follow opportunities through the sales process
• Work closely with technical and operations teams
• Maintain an active sales pipeline
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable learning technical products
• Experience in metals, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or a related industry is a plus
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to applicable regulatory and/or customer requirements
