You'll carry a full caseload supported by PT techs, centralized admin, and a collaborative team culture.Schedule:Mon / Wed / Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:40 PM (last patient)Tue / Thu: 8:00 AM – 11:20 AM (last patient)One Saturday per month, 8:00 – 11:20 AM (paid at hourly rate)Benefits:Health insurance — 80% of premium covered.Vision & dental included.401(k).1 week vacation (year 1) + 10 sick days per year.6 paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).Semi-monthly payPay: $78,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience).Requirements:Active Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing (no board restrictions).Key Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations and develop patient-centered plans of care.Document daily treatments and track patient progress.Maintain a full, well-managed schedule and proactively reduce cancellations.Collect patient success stories throughout the course of care.Participate in occasional team meetings and referral-source outreach.Uphold patient confidentiality and high standards of care.This is an exclusive, full-time, exempt (salaried) position.
