Position Overview: The Receptionist (Spa Coordinator) is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and elevated spa experience. This position requires professionalism, warmth, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
• Process payments, gift certificates, and memberships
• Maintain an organized and calm front desk environment
• Support therapists and estheticians with daily operations
• Uphold spa policies, cleanliness standards, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior front desk, hospitality, or spa experience preferred
• Comfortable with booking software and basic computer skills
