This full-time, onsite position offers you the opportunity to support students across two elementary campuses, each offering a unique array of specialized programs.

Your expertise will be in high demand as you collaborate with educators, families, and students in environments dedicated to specialized education. One school features a robust language program, while the other offers both a learning center and an Integrated Specialized Services (ISS) program. The caseload is thoughtfully split, allowing you to provide focused, equitable attention to each site.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Previous experience working within school environments is highly valued
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage diverse caseloads and adapt to various educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor strategies for student growth and success
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for educational staff and paraprofessionals
• Guide data collection and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based approaches that foster student achievement in both language and specialized learning programs
