Marketing Specialist (Remote) ClearStar offers employers valuable employment intelligence to better support their recruiting and decision-making through background and medical screening. We are seeking a creative, analytical, and driven Marketing Specialist to amplify our message, energize our brand, and take our campaigns to the next level. What You’ll Do Lead the creation of visually stunning, user-friendly web pages and landing pages aligned with ClearStar branding. Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web. Analyze campaign data to maximize engagement, performance, and ROI. Craft compelling written and visual content for email, social media, newsletters, and other communications. Take ownership of our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring trends, and responding to interactions. Collaborate with executives to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life on time and on budget. Support cross‑functional projects that drive lead generation, sales enablement, and brand growth. What You’ll Need 2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress/HTML/CSS, and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot. Solid experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and visual content creation. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and campaign automation is a plus. Experience in B2B software or background screening industries is preferred. A dedicated home office space that is noise‑ and distraction‑free with reliable and secure high‑speed internet (at least 75Mbps download and 10Mbps upload).
