Certified Athletic Trainer - Tacoma

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is the official athletic training provider for the Tacoma School District. We are seeking a full‑time Certified Athletic Trainer to serve Lincoln High School and our Tacoma Mall Blvd. clinic. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive athletic training services at the assigned high school throughout the school year, including attending games and practices, providing training‑room treatment, developing preventive programs, managing emergencies, communicating injury and treatment plans, completing athletic injury evaluations, providing first aid and immediate care, and overseeing rehabilitation, return‑to‑play programs and concussion screening. Attend all practices and games, including traveling with the team to away games, community events, state championships, parks & rec league sports, and signature events such as the Tacoma City Marathon, Sound to Narrows, and Hoopfest. Collaborate with school administrators, coaches, team physicians, athletes, and parents throughout the course of the year. Qualifications Degree in athletic training. Certified by the Bureau of Certification (BOC). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Licensed in Washington State. Benefits Competitive salary. Sign‑on bonus of $5,000. Matching 401(k).
