Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license valid in California
• Previous experience in school settings highly preferred

• Skilled in progress documentation and data tracking for student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school guidelines
• Support the supervising Occupational Therapist in planning and carrying out interventions
• Adapt and modify activities to improve students’ participation in classroom routines
• Assess students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive skills to determine therapy needs
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and report outcomes during IEP meetings
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
