Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated and skilled OR Nurse Lead to join their team and provide exceptional care in a dynamic setting.

As an OR Nurse Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operating room‘s daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals and utilize your leadership skills to guide and support your colleagues.

• Lead and manage the operating room team, ensuring efficient and effective patient care
• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures, maintaining a smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing advanced clinical skills
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
• Master‘s Degree and five years of technical experience preferred
