HCM Consultant

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience. Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Strong understanding of HR business processes. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications. Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting EPC, construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure companies. Experience managing large field-based or project-driven workforces. Knowledge of workforce planning and labor management. Familiarity with global HR operations. Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting. Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy organizations.
