About Our Agency: Our Battle Creek office has been in operation since January 1, 2017, celebrating eight years of growth, while our Marshall office opened on July 1, 2024. Our team consists of 7 dedicated members in Battle Creek and 5 in Marshall, along with the agent. I am a proud graduate of Mattawan High School (2006), Ferris State University, and Grand Valley State University, where I earned a business degree in 2010. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
