As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a premier retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and associates. Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 07:00 PMTue10:00 AM - 07:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and retail staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, stockroom access points, entrances, exits, and surrounding perimeter.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential security-related concerns, helping to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and daily documentation while communicating professionally with store leadership, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
