Line Cook / Prep Cook

You will help maintain food costs and keep the kitchen clean at all times. Your duties will include preparing cooking items, maintaining kitchen equipment, stocking and rotating products, controlling food cost, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting team members.Physical requirements include extensive standing and walking, ability to see at a distance and close range, clear communication, exposure to various temperatures, reaching heights, mobility, time management, reading, writing, and operating equipment. You will also need to lift up to 50 pounds and work irregular hours under pressure.Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in-house training. No experience is required.Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourPerkins Restaurant & Bakery operates 290 restaurants in 32 states and two Canadian provinces.
