Planner/Scheduler

Job Overview Join a $350M Manufacturer Serving Aerospace and Defense Industries! Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year. This Planner / Scheduler will support production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The role develops and maintains production schedules, coordinates material and capacity requirements, and ensures customer commitments are met through effective planning and cross‑functional collaboration. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, precision machining, metal fabrication, or other regulated manufacturing industries. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining operations, engineering drawings, GD&T, and production workflows. Familiarity with capacity planning, demand planning, and inventory control principles. Experience with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement initiatives. APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred. Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
