POSITION SUMMARY : Matco-Norca and SVF Flow Controls are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate with strong writing and communication skills. This role will support digital marketing initiatives across both brands, primarily engaging our manufacturer representatives and customers, with select campaigns targeting contractors and other industry end users. The ideal candidate is creative, technically capable, and comfortable managing multiple projects. This person should be able to develop content, execute campaigns, maintain accurate marketing data, and jump in wherever support is needed. Success in this position requires someone who can balance creative work with careful execution and follow-through. Salary Range: $62,354.00 - 72,048.00 Work Schedule: Hybrid

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media or a related role. Experience managing business social media accounts and developing content calendars. Experience creating graphics and digital content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred. Experience with digital advertising, website analytics, PPC reporting and campaign measurement.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, polished work. Familiarity with website content management systems and landing-page creation. Familiarity with email marketing, contact segmentation, list management, and data hygiene. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Technically savvy, resourceful, and comfortable learning new platforms and processes. Collaborative, adaptable and willing to jump in wherever needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
