Education High School Diploma or GED required Training in specialty-specific assisting desired Experience One year of experience in a clinical setting Certification & Licensures BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
