Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a meaningful difference in K-12 school settings. Multiple full-time contract positions are open for the 2026/2027 academic year, offering the chance to support student growth and communication development within educational environments.
Qualified candidates will hold a valid Washington SLP license and ESA certification and possess a passion for fostering student success. Whether you are an experienced SLP with CCC credentials or are beginning your journey with a CFY background, your skills and enthusiasm are welcomed.
Ideal qualifications and experience:
- Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification
- Eligibility as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for student success
- Conducting speech and language evaluations, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Supporting inclusive learning by implementing evidence-based interventions
