Endoscopy Registered Nurse PRN

Endoscopy Registered Nurse PRN We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Registered Nurse to provide care during endoscopic procedures. The role focuses on patient assessment, maintaining sterile technique, and collaborating with the surgical services team. Responsibilities Maintain a sterile field and assist in procedures or patient prep for surgery. Identify and prep appropriate areas for various procedures. Assess patients prior to surgery and ensure understanding of the procedure. Conduct a “timeout” before any procedure with the perioperative team. Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team. Hold accountability for delivering high quality nursing care and promoting a positive image of nursing. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred. Registered Nurse license in Texas or a Multi‑State Compact license (must obtain Texas RN license within 90 days of hire). Current BLS certification (ACLS or PALS preferred). Minimum of 1 year of RN clinical experience in endoscopy (EGD, GI, gastroenterology). #J-18808-Ljbffr HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake
