Mortgage Closer Jones Networking is recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Closers to join a growing Residential Lending Firm in Reston, VA. Base Pay Range $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year Additional Compensation Annual Bonus Location: Reston, Virginia Department: Closing Classification: Full Time, Exempt, Hybrid Remote (After the Training Period) Reports to: AVP, Closing Manager Responsibilities Complete declining balance co‑ownership transactions between establishment, sellers, and borrowers after applications have been approved. Verify completeness of data on approved applications. Prepare closing packages. Ensure paperwork is sent to settlement attorney. Approve CD and wire money for closings. Review files as a check and balance for data integrity. Answer questions from buyers and sellers regarding details of transaction and obtain signatures of principal parties on necessary documents. Qualifications Minimum two years experience in a closing position within a mortgage banking environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail.
