As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.04 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas; verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures; and report access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and coordinating with emergency responders as directed. Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
