• Follow blueprints, drawings or sketches
• Measure, cut and prepare the lumber
• Rough work or framing (Putting together the outer frameworks of buildings)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification or other safety-related certifications are a plus.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, including willingness to work overtime when available.

Work Environment
The work takes place on an open construction site with both indoor and outdoor tasks. You will regularly encounter mud, wet conditions, and cold weather, as well as hot temperatures during the summer. The environment is physically demanding and involves working around concrete production equipment, hand tools, vibrating tools, and various construction materials. Work hours follow a Monday-Saturday schedule, with overtime opportunities available based on project needs. Dress appropriately for changing weather conditions and a rugged construction setting, including suitable footwear and workwear that can handle mud, moisture, and temperature extremes.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr.
