Kids For The Future
Henry Street Settlement, located on the Lower East Side, is seeking a Housing Case Manager to oversee Transitional & Supportive Housing for single adult women. This role focuses on developing Independent Living Plans, providing counseling and crisis support, and coordinating housing placements within a safety-focused, client-centered framework.
