Bring your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist to support students across K-12 in the Ithaca, NY area. Key Qualifications:

• Valid NY State Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Active TSSLD certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Background in school-based or teletherapy settings highly desirable
• Experience working with students K-12, particularly those with special needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
• Adapt and implement interventions for students with mild to severe disabilities, including autism and cognitive delays
