We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist in Dayton to support content preparation, campaign coordination, and promotional activity. You’ll work alongside colleagues to develop clear messages, organize materials, and understand how audiences respond.

Your Part in the Campaign

• Draft social media posts, email copy, and promotional content.
• Help update website information and prepare presentations.
• Maintain content calendars and track campaign deadlines.
• Research customer interests and local outreach opportunities.
• Assist with materials and arrangements for promotional activities.
• Gather results and customer feedback for team reviews.

You Don’t Need a Long Marketing Resume

Relevant coursework, internships, volunteering, personal projects, and experience supporting a business are welcome. A specific degree isn’t required.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Writes clearly and checks details carefully.
• Organizes tasks and follows through on deadlines.
• Contributes ideas and responds constructively to feedback.
• Is comfortable with spreadsheets, presentations, and social media platforms.
• Is curious about what makes a campaign effective.

Canva, email marketing, or website editing experience is helpful, but isn’t essential.

Learn Through Real Assignments

You’ll receive guidance on brand standards, company tools, and campaign processes while building skills in content creation, coordination, and reporting.
