Shift: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal.

Unit Details: - Adolescent, infant, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient population. - Mostly ER and inpatient coverage.

Shift & Scheduling: - Monday-Friday schedule; days scheduled each week can vary, and the same day off each week cannot be guaranteed. - Call required approximately 1 day per week. Must be on-site within 30 minutes of notification when on-call. - No weekends.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certifications RCS, ACS, CI
