Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities. Conduct needs‑based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions. Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long‑term protection strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Active Life & Health insurance license required. Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset and strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
