Business Development Director

You'll build and manage a multimillion-dollar pipeline, engage C-level decision makers, lead major RFPs and pitches, and identify new channels and opportunities for expansion. We're looking for a proven consultative sales leader with strong commercial and negotiation skills, experience managing multimillion-dollar P&Ls, and a track record of successfully developing and closing significant opportunities. Experience in loyalty, consumer benefits, SaaS, marketing services, or related industries is highly valued. Travel of approximately 25-50% is expected. This high-impact role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in the U.S . with a hybrid schedule. The salary range is between $180,000 - $200,000 +Commission!
