It takes strong follow-up, relationship building, organization, and the ability to turn prospects into residents.This is an opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who is ready to make an impact!If you thrive in a busy leasing office, enjoy working toward goals, and take pride in creating positive resident experiences, we want to meet you!What You'll DoAs a Leasing Consultant, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life while helping drive leasing success and creating raving fans at Hunters Hill.Drive Leasing SuccessConduct engaging, informative, and personalized apartment toursBuild relationships with prospects and identify their housing needsConfidently present apartment features, amenities, pricing, and availabilityFollow up consistently with prospects by phone, email, text, and CRMOvercome objections and confidently ask for the leaseWork toward achieving a 33% or higher prospect-to-resident conversion rateSupport community occupancy and leasing goalsMaintain accurate leasing records, applications, and prospect informationDeliver Exceptional Customer ServiceWelcome prospects and residents with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitudeProvide responsive, solution-oriented customer serviceHandle resident questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and follow-throughHelp create a welcoming environment where residents feel valuedMaintain a professional appearance and positive first impressionTake ownership of customer interactions and follow through on commitmentsStay Organized in a Busy CommunityWith 436 apartment homes, organization, communication, and time management are essential!Manage multiple prospects, applications, and follow-up activitiesMaintain accurate information in property management and CRM systemsPrioritize daily responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer serviceCommunicate effectively with the Property Manager and onsite teamAssist with resident retention and renewal effortsSupport resident events, outreach marketing, and community activitiesHelp maintain the leasing office, model apartments, and tour paths in excellent conditionBe a Strong Team PlayerBring energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to the teamWork collaboratively to achieve leasing and occupancy goalsShare ideas and contribute to solutionsRemain adaptable and professional in a fast-paced environmentTake pride in the success and reputation of the communityQualificationsWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who already understands apartment leasing and is ready to put that experience to work!Required Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experienceStrong sales, closing, and prospect follow-up skillsExperience managing multiple leads and leasing activitiesExcellent customer service and resident relations skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesConfident, professional communication skillsAbility to handle challenging situations calmly and professionallySelf-motivated, dependable, and results-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume apartment communityAbility to work Saturdays as requiredValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle with active automobile liability insurance in your namePreferred Qualifications:Experience leasing at a large apartment communityExperience with EliseAIExperience with Yardi or other property management softwareStrong knowledge of CRM systems and lead managementBilingual English/Spanish communication skillsWhy You'll Love LUMA ResidentialAt LUMA Residential, we believe great people create great communities.
