Brief Description We are seeking a Product Engineer who excels in mechanical engineering, project management, analytical problem‑solving, and hands‑on technical work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working through complex calculations, leading technical projects, and using data to drive engineering decisions that support production, quality, and product improvements. Job Type: Full‑time, onsite located in either Huntingdon TN or Sullivan IL or Princeton KY. Salary: Commensurate with experience (includes salary + biannual bonus). Benefits: What You’ll Do As a Product Engineer Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation. Perform detailed mechanical calculations, analysis, and verification work. Support existing production products with technical updates and troubleshooting. Use CAD software (NX, Pro‑E, or similar) to design and refine components. Assemble, test, and evaluate prototype hardware hands‑on. Analyze data from reliability tests, measurements, and performance evaluations. Review and resolve supplier non‑conformances using root‑cause analysis. Contribute to cost‑reduction and cost‑avoidance initiatives using data‑driven decisions. Process customer and internal engineering sample requests. Apply mechanical engineering standards, design principles, and process guidelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 6 years of related engineering experience. Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals (materials, structures, mechanics). Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling (NX, Pro‑E, or similar). Experience performing engineering math (geometry, trigonometry, statistics, tolerance analysis). Ability to analyze data, interpret test results, and draw technical conclusions. Strong project management and documentation skills.
