MidAmerica National Bank, a locally owned financial institution in central Illinois has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Commercial/Ag Banker to lead our lending efforts in Eldridge, IA. This is a key leadership position ideal for a motivated professional with a strong lending background and a passion for community involvement. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of moderate to complex commercial and ag loans.Seek and build new commercial and ag relationships through proactive outreach.Analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate loan terms.Guide customers through loan processes, ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.Participate in community activities to enhance business opportunities.Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.Lead, mentor, and manage loan administrative staff.Qualifications and Requirements:5+ years of progressive experience in commercial/ag lending.Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit principles, and loan structures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGoal oriented with the ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined resultSales ability to gain acceptance of bank products and services.Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.MidAmerica National Bank offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Qualified candidates should complete an application and submit a resume' online. No phone calls please. MidAmerica National Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
