Your Role Key responsibilities include: Providing pharmacy consulting services on medication usage, drug interactions, and preventive healthcare such as immunizations. Ensuring proper compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines and company policies. Engaging customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues promptly to ensure positive experiences. Modeling and sharing customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience. Developing strong relationships with customers by anticipating needs and promoting healthcare services like patient consultation and medication management. Counseling patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and referring to medical providers as needed. Performing pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management. Ensuring pharmacy operations comply with regulations and company standards; assisting pharmacy manager with workflow optimization and staff coordination. Maintaining compliance with Good Faith Dispensing policy and controlled substance laws. Using pharmacy systems such as Intercom Plus and StoreNET to support customers and staff; proposing system enhancements. Processing insurance claims accurately and following up with insurers and medical providers. Performing retail, clinical, and wellness services including immunizations and diabetes awareness. Supporting pharmacy manager in analyzing performance data and reviewing KPIs with management. Building relationships with local healthcare providers and participating in community outreach. Partnering with Central Pharmacy Operations for customer registration and issue resolution; conducting virtual product reviews as needed. Assisting pharmacy manager with staff hiring, training, coaching, and fostering teamwork. About You The company is looking for candidates who have: Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution before starting the position. Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire. Certification as an immunizer or willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $33.50/hr to $45.30/hr, depending on geography, skills, education, and experience. Benefits information available through the company's official benefits page.
