Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Fort Smith, AR
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses.
Home Time:
- Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occasionally occur.
- Schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers have the option to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times.
- 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, ensures efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings between $1,350 to $1,600 based on hiring location with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning opportunities.
