HVAC Service Manager

Bell Bros is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential service team in the greater Sacramento area. In this role, you’ll oversee daily HVAC service operations, manage and mentor technicians, and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance on every job. You’ll coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and workflow, assist with complex diagnostics, and support accurate estimating. The Service Manager partners with customer service and sales to maintain high satisfaction, resolve escalated issues, and uphold Bell Bros’ reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and friendly, reliable home services.
