Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure for Wisconsin and ASHA SLP-CCC certification, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatrics preferred
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working full-time, 40 hours per week onsite
- Experience with teletherapy a plus, but not required for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group sessions
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and review relevant IEPs in partnership with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and compliance
- Provide support, education, and resources to families and educational staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and professional development activities
