Blender Operator

Blending OperatorThe Blending Operator is accountable for compounding and packaging blends of natural chemicals to generate finished products. The operator is expected to accurately and consistently operate all equipment and/or machinery according to training and SOP protocols. This includes transfer pumps, filtration equipment, blend tanks, documentation and labeling of materials.Responsibilities:Maintain blending area / equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition.Adhere to good manufacturing practices.Required Skills:Education - High School diploma or GEDBasic math skillsMust have an aptitude for mechanical operationsComputer knowledge and basic use of Microsoft Office softwareProven ability to multi-task, good communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Demands:The position requires that employees must be able to lift, carry, pull and push equipment, materials and other required items up to 50 pounds. Predominantly the position requires standing / walking for up to 9 hours per shift.
