Our pediatric practice with locations in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Garden is a well-established, patient-centered clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and young adults. Our team focuses on preventive health, developmental milestones, and comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment. As an outpatient-only facility, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with families in the Boca Raton community.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week, time split between Boca Raton and Palm Beach Garden locations.
\n
• Saturdays: Participation in a rotation of 8-10 Saturdays per year.
\n
• Outpatient Only: No inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities.
\n
• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, ranging from newborns to age 21.
\n
• Follow AAP guidelines regarding vaccinations and preventive care schedules.
\n
• Manage a variety of pediatric conditions; experience with Behavioral Health is a major plus, though we are happy to train providers who lack extensive exposure in this area.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Pediatrics.
\n
• Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
\n
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
\n
• Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required.
\n
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
