Schedule: PRN Shift: Night (United States of America) Address: 7171 N DALE MABRY HWY, TAMPA, FL 33614 Job Description Collaborates and demonstrates teamwork in managing patient flow, promoting timely patient placement by following hospital policy for admission, discharge, and transfer. Participates in peer interviewing and peer review processes. Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the delivery of nursing services. Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and unit‑specific data for process improvement initiatives. Conducts initial patient assessments within expected timeframes, initiates consults as indicated, and identifies patient/family teaching and discharge planning needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bi‑level Standard of Care (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and NIHSS (Required) Competence with the EPIC charting system (Preferred) Education Associate’s of Nursing (Required) Bachelor’s of Nursing (Preferred) Work Experience 1+ years of recent and relevant experience (Required) 2+ years acute‑care nursing (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) (Required) Pay Range $31.53 – $52.24 per hour Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
