Job Description Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support technology implementations, process improvements, operational workflow redesign, and reporting initiatives in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Manage and clarify backlog requirements and project priorities.
- Support UAT, including test scripts, defect tracking, and business validation.
- Support Agile activities, including sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder updates.
- Track project milestones, risks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-5 years of Business Analyst or related experience.
- Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Salesforce implementation, build, configuration, or administration experience.
- Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud experience.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Insurance and/or claims processing experience.
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs
